This Privacy Policy explains how Battery Charge Monitor ("we", "us") handles information when you use the website at batterychargemonitor.com.
1. What we collect
Battery data: The tool reads your device's charge level and charging state via your browser's Battery Status API. This data is processed entirely in your browser. We do not collect, transmit, or store any battery information on our servers.
Settings: Your alarm thresholds and chosen sound are saved in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device.
Server logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, access timestamps) for security and debugging.
2. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage (not cookies) to remember your alarm settings. You can clear this any time through your browser settings.
If we display advertising, ad networks may set cookies. See section 4.
3. Third-party services
Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Their loading may be logged per Google's Privacy Policy.
Mixkit: Alarm sounds are loaded from Mixkit's CDN. Loading is anonymous.
4. Advertising
We may display ads through Google AdSense or similar networks. AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You may opt out at Google Ads Settings.
5. Data security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because we do not store personal data on our servers, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Since we do not store personal data on our servers, most data-access requests are not applicable. For questions, email hello@hayyatapps.com.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
